The distinctive Via Roma comes alive and hosts “old-time” tastings, traditional preparations from the popular culinary heritage of our area, curated by the Valdidentro Folk group and the Museo Vallivo di Valfurva.

  • Il Ciurlo (mountain coffee with butter) 
  • Homemade bitters 
  • Pan e léc (bread and milk) or cadolca (with the addition of wine)
