The Mountain That Changes: 70 Years of the Regional Snow and Avalanche Centre between Monitoring, Research and Climate Change

70 years of the Regional Snow and Avalanche Centre between monitoring, research and climate change.

To celebrate this important milestone, ARPA Lombardia is organizing the workshop entitled “The changing mountains: 70 years of the Regional Snow and Avalanche Centre between monitoring, research and climate change”.

The event will be an opportunity for discussion and in-depth exploration of crucial topics such as knowledge, research, sustainability and the challenges linked to climate change in our mountain areas. There will also be the opportunity to take part in an educational excursion along the glaciological trail of the Forni Glacier.
